Home (Dashboard) Screen Overview

The Home screen is the center of your activity in TimeRex.

It displays the calendars you created and the meetings scheduled through TimeRex.

The content of Home is different for each team space.

A calendar created in team space A appears on Home for team space A. A calendar created in team space B appears on Home for team space B.

Before creating a calendar, confirm that you are in the intended space.

What you can do on Home

On Home, you can:

  • Switch team spaces

  • Create calendars

  • Review calendars and copy their URLs

  • Review dates entered by guests

Open Home

When you log in to TimeRex, Home appears.

Your calendars are displayed with the newest creation date first.

The sections below explain each part of the Home screen.

1: Home

Click Home to return to the Home screen.

2: Support

Click Support to open Messenger and contact the Support team.

3: User name

The name of the logged-in user is displayed.

Click the user name to open Account Settings or log out.

4: Team space name

The name of the team space currently displayed appears here.

Click it to switch the team space shown on the screen.

5: Team Settings

Click Team Settings to open the Team Settings screen.

6: Invite members

Use this button to invite members to the team.

7: Calendars

Click Calendars to open the list of calendars you created.

You can create, review, edit, and duplicate calendars, and review confirmed bookings.

You can also create and edit Routing and review Routing answers.

8: Instant Scheduling

Click Instant Scheduling to open the list of Instant Scheduling pages you created.

You can create a new Instant Scheduling page and review confirmed bookings.

9: Group poll

Click Group poll to open the list of Group polls you created.

You can create a new Group poll and review confirmed dates.

10: Home list

This area displays calendars and Instant Scheduling pages that are not assigned to a folder, as well as calendars and Instant Scheduling pages in folders you have permission to view.

11: Folder list

This area lists folders for calendars and Instant Scheduling pages.

Click a folder to open the calendars and Instant Scheduling pages it contains.

Click the + button to add a folder.
