Preview a Calendar You Created

You can review a calendar you created by clicking the calendar on the Dashboard or by clicking View page on the calendar details page.

The page shows only times when you or the configured participants are available.

Share the page URL with guests so they can select a time and complete a booking.

Important notes when reviewing your own calendar

Your own booking information is shown only to you

When you are logged in, your own booking information is displayed on your calendar page. Guests cannot see it.

When a guest opens the calendar, they normally see only the available times. Your schedule information is never shown to the guest.

To see the page as a guest sees it, open the calendar in a private or incognito browser window, or log out of TimeRex before opening it.

Completing a booking on your own calendar creates two events

If you are a participant on the calendar and complete a booking through that calendar yourself, you are effectively scheduling with yourself.

As a result, two events are added to your connected calendar: one host-side event and one guest-side event.

If you open the calendar while logged in and complete a booking, the guest-side event is added to your connected calendar regardless of the email address entered during scheduling.

If you are also a participant on the calendar, the host-side event is added as well.

The page automatically moves to a period with available times

If the first page, which covers five days, has no available times, the message “There are no available times in this period. Searching the next period.” appears. The page then automatically moves forward until it finds a page with available times.

After it moves automatically, click < Prev in the top-left corner of the calendar, or < in the top-right corner on a smartphone, to return to an earlier period.

Automatic page advancement is limited to five pages, or 25 days. The page does not advance automatically to the sixth page or later.

To continue searching, click Next > in the top-right corner of the calendar, or > on a smartphone.
