How to Confirm Routing Answers and Schedule Adjustment Results

For each Routing, you can confirm the list of guest answers.

Please refer to this support page for information on how to create a Routing, as well as frequently asked questions and answers.

How to confirm

On the Routing detail page, you can confirm the list of answers from guests who used the relevant Routing.

Open the Routing detail page by one of the following methods.

  • Complete the Routing creation/editing process

  • Click on any Routing from the dashboard

The Routing Details page includes a "Show only confirmed events" checkbox, allowing you to filter results to display only answers from guests who have completed schedule adjustments.

Clicking the "Answer Detail" for each answer will display the following details.

  • guest answers

  • Action

    • If a schedule adjustment calendar was displayed: "Calendar event completed" / "Calendar event uncompleted"

    • If a message was displayed: "Show message"

  • Action detail

    • If a schedule adjustment calendar was displayed: schedule adjustment calendar name (private calendar name)

    • If a message was displayed: Message Memo

  • Event detail (Display only when schedule adjustment is complete)

    • Link URL to the schedule details page

Clicking the "Event Detail" for each answer will display the schedule details page.
