In your Account Settings, you can view and change Profile, Integrations, and more.
How to access the Account Settings screen
Login to TimeRex and access the dashboard.
Click on your name in the upper right corner of the header and click on "Account Settings".
When the Account Settings screen opens, select the item you wish to check from the left side of the screen.
「Profile」
Profile
Name
The name that will be displayed as the account name in TimeRex. It will not be displayed to your schedule adjustment partner.
Account name (public)
The name that will be displayed to the schedule adjustment partner.
Account ID
The account ID (account name of the email address) of the linked calendar will be displayed.
This cannot be changed.
Account language
You can choose the language used on TimeRex from "English" and "Japanese".
Account Timezone Setting
You can select the default time zone value to be set when creating a schedule adjustment calendar on TimeRex.
Receive notification emails
You can set whether or not to receive email notifications sent from TimeRex.
Even if you choose "No (do not receive)", important notices such as maintenance will be sent to you.

Linked account
The email address of the linked calendar account will be displayed.
This cannot be changed.
Which calendar's schedule would you like to use?
From among the calendars that exist in the linked calendar account (email address), select the calendar to which you want to refer to the available time when creating a date/time candidate in the schedule adjustment calendar.
Which calendar do you want to save bookings to?
From among the calendars that exist in the linked calendar account (email address), select the calendar to which the schedule adjustment calendar will be registered when the schedule adjustment is completed.
Unless you have a special operation, choose the same calendar as in "Which calendar's schedule would you like to use?".
All-day events
Do you accept bookings even if there is an all-day event?
Select whether or not to accept schedule adjustment for days when all-day schedules are registered in the linked calendar.

Day of week and timezone settings
These settings will be used when creating a new calendar.
When creating a schedule adjustment calendar on TimeRex, you can select the default values for the days of the week and times of the day that you want to accept appointments.

Online business card exchange with Sansan Business Meishi Maker, Sansan, and Eight's online business card feature allows online business card exchange at the same time as schedule adjustment.
