TimeRex is a service that works with Google Calendar (including Google Workspace) or Outlook calendar to display the available date and time on your calendar.

How to link Google Calendar (including Google Workspace) or Outlook calendar is as follows:

Link to calendar upon initial registration

When you make the Easy initial setting, select the calendar you wish to link to TimeRex.

TimeRex will be linked to the calendar selected here. This setting can be changed later.

Checking and changing the linked calendars

Up to two calendars to use for scheduling can be selected when the new feature is applied.

When the new feature is applied, not only the calendars in the default integrated account, but also calendars in integrated accounts added later can be selected as calendars to use for scheduling.

If only one calendar can be selected for scheduling in step 4, the new feature has not been applied.

The new features will be applied as they become available, so please be patient.

As for the calendar to which reservations are saved, only one calendar from the default integrated account can be selected, regardless of whether the new feature is applied or not.

process

  1. Login to TimeRex and view Dashboard.

  2. Click on the part of the dashboard with your username in the upper right hand corner and select Account Settings.

  3. On the left side menu, in "Account Settings", select "Calendar".

  4. Check or change the calendar selected in the "Calendar Settings" section.
    ・Which calendar's schedule would you like to use?:This will be used as a reference when creating a list of possible dates.
    ・Which calendar do you want to save bookings to?: When you complete the schedule adjustment, the appointment will be added to the calendar.

  5. If you have changed the linked Calendars, click "Save changes".

    When the schedule adjustment is completed with the two calendars selected in step 4 matched, the appointment will be registered in the calendar that references the available time, so the calendar for the date and time in question will no longer be available and will not appear in the schedule candidates.

    Please make sure that the two calendars match to prevent double booking, unless there is a special reason.

Increase the number of integrated accounts used for scheduling

When the new feature is applied, you can add one more integrated account to be used for scheduling.

If you do not see the “+” button in step 4, the new feature has not been applied.

The new features will be applied as they become available, so please be patient.

Note that you can delete the integrated account you have added, but you cannot delete the default integrated account.

process

  1. Login to TimeRex and view Dashboard.

  2. Click on the part of the dashboard with your username in the upper right hand corner and select Account Settings.

  3. On the left side menu, in "Account Settings", select "Calendar".

  4. Click the “+” button in the "Integrated Account" section.

  5. Login to the account you wish to link additionally from “Login with Google” or “Login with Microsoft”.

Change the linked calendar to another Google Calendar / Outlook Calendar

If you want to work with a calendar from another account, you will need to register a new TimeRex account again with a new account.

On the TimeRex TOP page, go to Free Registration and login with the account that has the appropriate calendar.
