With Google Meet Integration, you can automatically create a Google Meet meeting URL when a booking is completed.
If a Google Meet meeting URL is not generated even after you set up Google Meet Integration, refer to “What to Do If a Google Meet Meeting URL Is Not Generated.”
As of the March 18, 2025 release, new TimeRex accounts created using Google are automatically connected to Google Meet.
If you do not need Google Meet Integration, disconnect it once. It will not reconnect automatically.
What You Need to Do to Automatically Create Google Meet Meeting URLs
To create a Google Meet meeting URL automatically when a booking is completed, complete the following two settings.
Account settings (not required if the account was connected automatically): Connect each TimeRex account to the corresponding Google Meet account.
Calendar settings: In each calendar where you want to create a Google Meet meeting URL when a booking is completed, select Google Meet under Web meeting settings.
Note: If you completed the account setting after the calendar setting, save the calendar again.

TimeRex account created using a Google account (any plan)
Only users who created their TimeRex account using Google can use Google Meet Integration.
Connect Your Google Meet Account to TimeRex (1. Account Settings)
Log in to TimeRex using your Google account.
Open the Google Meet Integration page.
Click Connect.
Set Up Google Meet for a Calendar (2. Calendar Settings)
Open the calendar creation or editing page. In Web meeting & meeting room settings, select Google Meet under Web meeting settings.
When you select Google Meet under Web meeting settings, a Google Meet meeting URL is automatically created when the booking is completed.
On the Dashboard, you can see at a glance which calendars are configured to create Google Meet meeting URLs.
The Google Meet meeting URL is shown to the guest when the booking is completed.
It is also added to your Google Calendar.
If the guest is logged in and using TimeRex, the meeting URL is also added to the guest’s Google Calendar.
TimeRex also emails the booking information and the Google Meet meeting URL to you and the guest.
Disconnect Your Google Meet Account from TimeRex
To disconnect your Google Meet account from TimeRex, open the Google Meet Integration page and click Disconnect.
Note: Even after you disconnect Google Meet, you can still view previously created Google Meet meeting URLs in TimeRex.

TimeRex issues the Google Meet meeting URL and associates it with the booking. For joining the meeting and the operation of your camera, microphone, and speakers, check your Google Meet settings.
