No.
Google Meet Integration is available only to TimeRex users who created their account using a Google account.

No. You cannot connect the same Google Meet account to multiple TimeRex accounts.
With Google Meet Integration, you can connect the Google account (Google Meet account) associated with the relevant TimeRex account.

No. You can connect only the Google account (Google Meet account) associated with the relevant TimeRex account.
You cannot connect a Google account that is not associated with that TimeRex account.

When your TimeRex account is deleted, your Google Meet account is disconnected automatically.
Google Meet meeting information stored in your TimeRex account is also deleted.

If you or the guest cancels a booking, the Google Meet meeting associated with that booking is deleted.

You cannot change your Google Meet account.
Even after you disconnect Google Meet, previously issued meeting URLs remain available, and you can continue to view them in TimeRex.
If you disconnect and then reconnect Google Meet, open the edit page for each calendar, confirm that Google Meet is selected under Web meeting settings, and then select Save.

Since the March 18, 2025 release, new TimeRex accounts created using Google are automatically connected to Google Meet.
If you do not need Google Meet Integration, disconnect it once. It will not be connected automatically again.

If you cannot join a Google Meet meeting using a URL issued by TimeRex, your camera image is not displayed, or you cannot hear audio, the cause is likely related to your Google Meet settings or environment.
TimeRex issues the Google Meet meeting URL and associates it with the booking. For joining the meeting and the operation of your camera, microphone, and speakers, check your Google Meet settings.
Check your browser's camera and microphone permissions, Google Meet settings, your device, and your network environment. If necessary, refer to Google Meet Help.
