You can set a deadline for guests to cancel or reschedule their bookings.

Appointment cancellation/rescheduling deadline setting is available for the Basic Plan and above.

Appointment cancellation/rescheduling deadline

By default, cancellations or rescheduling of appointments are possible until the scheduled end time.

* Currently, cancellations or rescheduling are possible up until the start time of the appointment, but this is scheduled to be fixed around summer.

In "Appointment cancellation/rescheduling deadline setting," you can set how many hours before the start time of the appointment you will accept cancellations or rescheduling.

You can set a deadline in increments of one hour, from 0 hours to a maximum of 720 hours.

e.g.: If the schedule is [11:00-12:00]

  • Default (When no deadline is set)
    ・・・Cancellations or rescheduling are possible until just before the scheduled end time [11:59]

  • Set to "0 hours before"
    ・・・Cancellations or rescheduling are possible until just before the scheduled start time [10:59]

setup process

  1. Open "Advanced settings" in the Schedule Adjustment Calendar

  2. In the "Appointment cancellation/rescheduling deadline setting" item, check the "Set an appointment cancellation/reschedule deadline"

  3. Set any time (Can be set in increments of one hour, from 0 hours to a maximum of 720 hours)
