View confirmed appointments using the schedule adjustment calendar

Bookings that have been accessed and confirmed by guests on your team's schedule adjustment calendar can be viewed not only on the linked calendar, but also on the TimeRex dashboard.

There are two ways to confirm as follows:

Method A: From the schedule adjustment calendar detail page
Method B: From the "Bookings" tab on the Dashboard

Bookings that you make as a guest by accessing the schedule adjustment calendar of the person you are scheduling with will not appear on the TimeRex dashboard, so you will need to view them from the email notification of a completed booking.

Method A: From the schedule adjustment calendar detail page

When you open the schedule adjustment calendar detail page, you can see a list of schedules that have been adjusted using the corresponding schedule adjustment calendar for each schedule adjustment calendar.

Open the schedule adjustment calendar detail page by one of the following methods.

  • Complete the schedule adjustment calendar creation/editing process

  • Click on any schedule adjustment calendar from the dashboard

When you open the schedule adjustment calendar detail page, the "Confirmed event" tab is selected, and you can see the list of appointments booked in the corresponding schedule adjustment calendar.

However, canceled/rescheduled appointments will not be displayed. You need to confirm by using Method B.

To view the details of each appointment, click the "Event detail" button.

Method B: From the "Bookings" tab on the Dashboard

It can be found on the "Bookings" tab in the "Calendars" tab on the Dashboard.

The "Bookings" tab is divided into "Upcoming" and "Past" appointments, and details are displayed by clicking on each schedule adjustment result.

What you can do on the appointment details screen

What you can check

  • Schedule adjustment calendar name

  • Scheduled date and time

  • Booking duration

  • Reserved time before and after

  • Host participants

  • Web Meeting URL (displayed only if Online Meeting Settings have been set)

  • Guest's Name

  • Guest's email address

  • Prepared questions such as company name, comments, etc. and guest input (customization of question items is possible only for Premium Plan)

    • View and download links for files uploaded at the time of the adjustment of the schedule

  • Date and time of submission (when booking is completed)

  • Whether it has been cancelled/rescheduled or not (only displayed if cancelled/rescheduled)

  • Link to pre-reschedule schedule (only if post-reschedule)

  • Link to post-rescheduled appointment (only if rescheduled)

  • URL parameters (displayed only if URL parameters are used in the premium plan)

  • View and download uploaded files

Cancel

Future appointments can be canceled by clicking the "Cancel" button.

Other confirmation methods

Output to Google Spreadsheet

Regardless of the plan, schedule adjustment results can be output to a Google Spreadsheet each time.

Each schedule adjustment calendar must be set up in advance.
