For each Schedule Adjustment Calendar, you can set the maximum number of bookings per participating member on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
You can set this in the "Advanced settings" under "Do you want to set appointment limit settings?" item.
This feature is available for the Basic Plan and above.
This feature does not set a maximum number of bookings per candidate slot.
By using the “Seminar Feature,” you can accept multiple reservations for a single time slot.
Since this feature allows you to accept reservations for multiple participants at the same date and time, it is ideal for webinars, group interviews, events, and similar scenarios.
Please note that the Seminar Feature is available on the Premium Plan.
The Seminar Feature is currently available in Japanese only.

Process
Open "Advanced settings" in the Schedule Adjustment Calendar.
Check the box "Appointment limit setting" in the "Do you want to set appointment limit settings?" item.
When setting in "Set the period for the limit", select “Daily” for daily units (n items per day), “Weekly” for weekly units (n items per week), or “Monthly” for monthly units (n items per month).
When calculating by day, the period is [every day from 00:00 to 23:59].
When calculating by week, the period is [Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59].
When calculating by monthly, the period is [00:00 on the 1st day of the month to 23:59 on the last day of the month].
The daily, weekly, or monthly periods are based on the timezone set in the "Calendar timezone setting" item of the Schedule Adjustment Calendar.
When setting in “Set the method and number of limits”, select either "Everyone" or “Per person”.
For “Everyone,” you can set a uniform maximum number of reservations accepted per participating member.
For “Per person” you can set an individual maximum number of reservations accepted per participating member.
* Any integer greater than or equal to 1 can be entered as the maximum number of times.
The number of bookings accepted is counted based on the scheduled dates and times of bookings made in the relevant Schedule Adjustment Calendar.
