How to create a new schedule adjustment calendar is as follows:

Create a new schedule adjustment calendar

Create a schedule by clicking the "Adjust the schedule" button

  1. Login to TimeRex, click on the "Adjust the schedule" button on your MySpace or TeamSpace dashboard, and then click on the Calendars.

  2. Set the Calendar name, Booking duration, Reserved time before and after, Participants selection, Calendar Slot Availability, and Online Meeting Settings.

  3. Click on Create Calendar.

  4. Please copy the URL and direct participants to it.

Create from tab

  1. Login to TimeRex, go to your MySpace or TeamSpace dashboard and click on the Create a new calendar link in the Calendar List tab.

  2. Set the Calendar name, Booking duration, Reserved time before and after, Participants selection, Calendar Slot Availability, and Online Meeting Settings.

  3. Click on Create Calendar.

  4. Please copy the URL and direct participants to it.

Items that can be set in the schedule adjustment calendar

Basic Settings

  • Schedule Adjustment Calendar name

    • Set a private calendar name

  • Booking duration (Can be set for 15 minutes or more in increments of 1 minute up to a maximum of 480 minutes)

  • Reserved time before and after (Can be set in increments of 1 minute up to 180 minutes)

    • Change the schedule name of the reserved time

  • Participant selection

  • Calendar Slot Availability

    • How participants are determined

  • Online Meeting Settings

Advanced settings

  • Day of the week and times to be presented as a candidate date.

    • Set individual time zones for specific days (Basic Plan / Premium Plan)

  • Calendar timezone setting

  • Holiday reservation reception

  • Booking acceptance period

    • Automatically set or Specify dates

  • How often do you want to present an appointment frame?

  • Appointment cancellation/rescheduling deadline setting (Basic Plan / Premium Plan)

Customize booking form

  • Information to be retrieved from guests (Premium Plan)

Display/messaging settings

  • Display name to show to guests

  • Message to be displayed on your calendar at the beginning of the reservation

  • Message to be displayed when a booking is completed

  • Customized reminder mail message (Basic Plan / Premium Plan)

  • Remind mail sending time (Basic Plan / Premium Plan)

Notification / Publication Settings

  • Receipt status of itinerary adjustment (Accept bookings?)

  • Receipt of schedule adjustment completion email (Get notified on new bookings?)
