You need Zoom account administrator privileges to pre-approve an app.
If you are not an administrator, contact your Zoom account administrator and ask them to approve the app.

No. You cannot connect the same Zoom account to multiple TimeRex accounts.
I see the error “Unable to connect. This Zoom account is already connected to another TimeRex account.”

This error appears when you try to connect the same Zoom account to multiple TimeRex accounts.
Try connecting a different Zoom account.
You can also disconnect the existing integration from your Zoom account:
Log in to your Zoom account.
Open Zoom App Marketplace.
Select My Library in the left navigation.
Find TimeRex, open the three-dot menu under Actions, and select Remove.

When you delete your TimeRex account, the connection to your Zoom account is automatically disconnected.
Zoom meeting information stored in your TimeRex account is also deleted.
