Can I Use a Personal Meeting ID (PMI)?

If you use a Zoom Personal Meeting ID (PMI) or a fixed meeting URL, you do not need to use TimeRex Zoom Integration.

Set Web meeting settings for the calendar to Off.

Instead, enter the Zoom meeting URL in Message shown when a booking is completed under Advanced settings for the calendar.

The content entered in Message shown when a booking is completed appears on the booking completion page and in the booking completion notification email. This automatically shares the Zoom meeting URL with the guest.

Check with Zoom in advance whether restrictions such as the maximum number of concurrent meetings apply.

TimeRex Zoom Integration issues a separate Zoom meeting URL for each booking.
