In Account Settings, you can view and change account-related settings such as Profile, Calendar, Schedule, and Integrations.
Open Account Settings
Log in to TimeRex and open the dashboard.
Select your account name in the upper-right corner, and then select Account Settings.
In Account Settings, select the item you want to review from the left navigation.
Profile
Name
The name displayed as your account name in TimeRex. It is not shown to the guest.
Account name (public)
The name shown to the guest.
The name set in Account name (public) is entered by default in Display name under Display & message settings on the create or edit page for a calendar. You can change Display name for each calendar.

Account ID
The account ID of the connected calendar account—the account name portion of the email address—is displayed.
The Account ID cannot be changed.
Language
Select Japanese or English as the language used in TimeRex.
Timezone
Set the timezone used in TimeRex.
This timezone is used as the default when you create a calendar and in other areas of TimeRex.

Receive announcement emails
Choose whether to receive announcement emails from TimeRex.
Select On or Off.
Important announcements, such as maintenance notices, are still sent even when you select Off.
Delete Account
Delete your account from this section.

Calendar
Configure the calendar accounts connected to TimeRex, the calendars checked for availability, and the calendar to which bookings are saved.

All-day events
Treat busy all-day events as free
Depending on your environment, all-day events added to Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar may automatically be marked as busy.
This setting is provided to address that behavior.
We generally recommend leaving this checkbox off.

Schedule
Default days and hours
Set the default days of the week and hours during which bookings are accepted when you create a calendar in TimeRex.
You can set whether to accept bookings for each day of the week and configure one availability period per day.
For each calendar, you can configure more detailed settings, such as two or more availability periods per day and whether to accept bookings on public holidays.

Zoom Integration automatically issues a Zoom meeting when a booking is completed.

Google Meet Integration automatically issues a Google Meet meeting URL when a booking is completed.
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams Integration automatically issues a Microsoft Teams meeting URL when a booking is completed.
Online Business Card Exchange Tools
Sansan / Eight / Sansan Meishi Maker
Connecting the online business card features of Sansan Meishi Maker, Sansan, or Eight allows you to exchange online business cards when a booking is completed.
Embedding & Extensions
Zapier
Zapier Integration sends booking dates and times, guest names, email addresses, and other information to external tools when a booking is completed or canceled.
Spreadsheets
Google Sheets
Google Sheets Integration records booking information in a spreadsheet when a booking is completed or canceled.
Connected Apps
If any apps are connected, their app names are displayed here.
