By integrating TimeRex with Sansan Meishi Maker, Sansan, or Eight, you can exchange digital business cards with guests when scheduling.
What you need
A Sansan Meishi Maker, Sansan, or Eight account
A TimeRex account on either a free or paid plan
Connect Sansan Meishi Maker, Sansan, or Eight with TimeRex
Log in to TimeRex.
Click your display name in the upper-right corner and select “Account Settings.”
Select “Integrations.”
Under “Online Business Card Exchange Tools,” select Sansan, Eight, or Meishi Maker to open the integration page.
Click “Connect.”
Enter the URL of your online business card in the registration form.
Click “Connect” to complete the integration.

Enable digital business card exchange for a calendar
After connecting the service with TimeRex, enable digital business card exchange for each calendar where you want to use it.
From the “Dashboard,” open “Calendars.”
Open the action menu for the calendar and select “Edit.” To create a new calendar, click “Create calendar.”
Expand “Advanced settings.”
In the “Service integration” section, click “Add service integration.”
Under “Online business card exchange tools,” select Sansan Meishi Maker, Sansan, or Eight.
Click “Update Calendar.”
Digital business card exchange is now enabled for the selected calendar.
Exchange digital business cards with guests
When a booking is completed through a calendar with digital business card exchange enabled, a digital business card exchange button appears in the following places:
The booking completion screen
The booking completion notification email sent to the guest
The guest can click the button to exchange digital business cards.
Disconnect Sansan Meishi Maker, Sansan, or Eight from TimeRex
Click your display name in the upper-right corner and select “Account Settings.”
Select “Integrations.”
Under “Online Business Card Exchange Tools,” select Sansan, Eight, or Meishi Maker to open the integration page.
Click “Disconnect.”
The service is now disconnected from TimeRex.
