When a booking is completed through Calendars, the booking data can be sent to Salesforce.
Salesforce integration eliminates the need to manually enter Lead, Contact, and activity information in Salesforce after a booking is completed.
Salesforce integration is available on the Premium plan.
For Calendar-level settings, see Salesforce Integration (Calendar).
Before using the integration, also review Notes on Salesforce Integration. If an error occurs, see What to Do When an Error Occurs in Salesforce Integration.

Connect Salesforce and TimeRex
The Salesforce account used for the connection becomes the Created By and Last Modified By user for data created or updated in Salesforce through the integration.
As a team Owner, Admin, or Admin Assistant, sign in to TimeRex using your usual Google or Microsoft account.
Switch to the team or space that you want to connect, and select Team Settings.
Under Integrations, select Salesforce.
Select Connect.
If you are signed out of Salesforce, sign in to Salesforce.
Review and allow the requested access to Salesforce.
Select Allow to complete the connection with TimeRex.
Disconnect Salesforce and TimeRex
On the Salesforce integration page, select Disconnect Salesforce.
Important: If the member who connected Salesforce under Team Settings is removed from the team, the connection between TimeRex and Salesforce is disconnected.
The Salesforce mappings configured in each Calendar are preserved after the connection is disconnected. The Calendar edit screen may still appear to have Salesforce integration configured, but data is not synchronized while the team-level connection is unavailable.
When another member reconnects Salesforce under Team Settings, data synchronization resumes for future bookings.
