By setting the URL of the form in the schedule adjustment calendar, data can be linked when a booking is completed.

Forms created by external services such as Salesforce / HubSpot can be linked.

FORM POST is available with the Premium Plan.

What you can do with the FORM POST

One form can be set for each schedule adjustment calendar.

We plan to support multiple form settings in the future.

Data will be linked at the time of booking completion.

* Data will not be linked at the time of cancellation of a booking.

What you need for integration

  • Account for an external service (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) that allows form creation

    • In Salesforce: Salesforce account for editions that allow form creation

How to integrate

You can set up FORM POST by clicking "Add service Integration" in the "Service Integration" section of the Advanced settings of the schedule adjustment calendar, and then clicking "FORM POST".

The "FORM URL" must be an HTTPS form URL for security purposes.

In "Parameter", enter the parameters that indicate the items you wish to link to in the registration destination form.

The parameter is the content of the name of the input element that indicates the item to be linked, as described in the HTML file of the form.

The "Information to be obtained" pull-down menu can be opened, so select one of the items.

To register data in multiple "Parameter", use the "+" button to increase the number of input slots.

Details of "Information to be obtained"

For "Information to be obtained", you may select from the following options.

  • Question Item Contents

    • 会社名(Company Name) * Question items can be deleted or edited by customizing

    • 名前(Name) * Question items can be deleted or edited by customizing

    • メールアドレス(Email Address) * Question items can be deleted or edited by customizing

    • コメント(Comment) * Question items can be deleted or edited by customizing

    • Other items added by customizing question items

  • Contents prepared in advance

    • Calendar URL

    • Calendar Name

    • Schedule Start Time

    • Schedule End Time

    • UUID

    • Cancel Link

    • Reschedule Link

Notes

Only Salesforce and HubSpot are guaranteed to work.

Other external services may also be able to be integrated as long as they are in a common form format.

Please note that if you enable reCAPTCHA on any form, you will not be able to register lead information through TimeRex, regardless of which external service you choose to use.

For integration with Salesforce

If you use Salesforce's Web to Lead function, you can register lead information by POSTing it to a Salesforce form.

Please note that if you enable reCAPTCHA on the Salesforce form, you will not be able to register lead information through TimeRex.

For integration with HubSpot

If you use HubSpot's Lead Capture function, you can register lead information by POSTing it to a HubSpot form.

Please note that if you enable reCAPTCHA on the HubSpot form, you will not be able to register lead information through TimeRex.

What should be put in the "FORM URL" when integrating HubSpot?

Please put the URL in the following format.

https://api.hsforms.com/submissions/v3/integration/submit/:portalID/:formGuid

Is there a way to confirm the inflow paths for posted data?

We apologize, but there is no way to check which schedule adjustment calendar in TimeRex the data integrated with the external service came from.

The information that can be posted in the form POST is only the content of the items selected as "Information to be obtained" from the questions entered by the guest at the time of schedule adjustment.
