If you selected Google Meet under Web meeting settings for a calendar but experience either of the following:
A Google Meet meeting URL is not issued when a booking is completed.
The booking completion notification email does not include a Google Meet meeting URL.
First, try saving the calendar again.
Open the edit page for the calendar, confirm that Google Meet is selected under Web meeting settings, and then select Save.
If the issue persists, disconnecting and then reconnecting Google Meet may resolve it.
Important
When you disconnect Google Meet, the internal Web meeting settings are removed from the affected calendars.
After reconnecting, open the edit page for each calendar, confirm that Google Meet is selected under Web meeting settings, and save the calendar again.
Reconnect Google Meet
Log in to TimeRex.
Open Integrations in Account Settings.
Select Google Meet to open the Google Meet Integration page.
Select Disconnect Google Meet.
When the button changes to Connect with Google Meet, select it.
Open each calendar that previously had Google Meet selected under Web meeting settings, and confirm that Google Meet is selected.
Select Save.
