If you selected Zoom under Web meeting settings for a calendar but experience either of the following:
A Zoom meeting URL is not issued when a booking is completed.
The booking completion notification email does not include a Zoom meeting URL or Zoom meeting ID.
First, try saving the calendar again.
Open the edit page for the calendar, confirm that Zoom is selected under Web meeting settings, and then select Save.
Note: Select Save even if you have not changed any calendar settings.
If the issue persists, reconnecting Zoom may resolve it.
Important
Use Reconnect instead of Disconnect.
If you select Disconnect, the internal Web meeting settings are removed from the affected calendars.
After reconnecting, open the edit page for each calendar, confirm that Zoom is selected under Web meeting settings, and save the calendar again.
Reconnect Zoom
Log in to TimeRex.
Open Integrations in Account Settings.
Select Zoom to open the Zoom Integration page.
Select Reconnect.
A Zoom meeting URL may not be issued if the access token has expired.
In this case, TimeRex sends an email with the subject “Action required: Unable to create a meeting due to a Zoom integration issue” to notify you that the integration failed.
Note: This notification email is sent only once.
Check the date and time of the booking for which the Zoom meeting URL was not issued in the email. Then manually create a Zoom meeting URL and notify the guest.
Reconnect Zoom using the link in the email. Zoom meeting URLs will be issued correctly for future bookings after reconnection.
Note: Zoom meeting URLs will not be issued until the reconnection is complete.
