You can set privacy settings for appointments that are automatically registered in the linked calendar when a booking is completed.
If "Private" is selected, the event will be added as a private event to the linked calendar of the scheduled participating member (host).
* Guest-side calendar privacy settings cannot be manipulated by the host.
Please be assured that even if you do not set your schedule as a private schedule, your host's schedule will not be made available to outside parties through TimeRex.
Privacy settings are set for each schedule adjustment calendar.
How to use the privacy setting
Click "Advanced settings" on the Create or Edit screen of the schedule adjustment calendar.
Select any item under "Event privacy settings" in "Notification / Publication Settings".
Please check the support page of each calendar for information on how other people will see your schedule if you set it as private.
