When a booking is completed through a calendar, a reminder email is sent to the guest on the day before the booking.
Note: Reminder emails are sent only to guests, not hosts.
The booking confirmation email history can be checked in Booking details, but reminder email delivery history cannot be checked.
Reminder email content
By default, the reminder email is sent at 16:00 on the day before the booking, based on the guest's time zone.
On the Basic Plan and Premium Plan, you can change the delivery time and add a message to the email.
An added message appears between the booking details and the information entered by the guest.

You can change the default delivery time of 16:00 on the day before the booking to any hourly option from 01:00 on the day before through 00:00 on the day of the booking, based on the guest's time zone.
The reminder is sent according to the delivery time configured when the booking was completed.
Message to add to the reminder email
You can add a message to the reminder email. The value configured when the reminder email is sent is used.
How to customize reminder emails
Open the calendar creation or edit page and click Advanced settings.
Under Display & message settings, edit Message to add to the reminder email or Reminder email delivery time.
This customization is available on the Basic Plan and Premium Plan.

If the reminder is set for 16:00 on the day before the booking and the booking is completed at 17:00 that day, is a reminder email sent?
Yes. If the booking is completed during the day before the scheduled date, the reminder email is sent within 15 minutes even when the scheduled delivery time has already passed.
If the booking is completed at 00:00 on the scheduled date, the reminder is also sent within 15 minutes. If it is completed at or after 00:01 on the scheduled date, no reminder email is sent.
