When the schedule is adjusted on the Schedule Adjustment Calendar, a reminder email will be sent to the guest on the day before the appointment.
* Reminder emails are sent only to guests, not to hosts.

Content of Reminder Emails
A reminder email with the following content will be sent at 4:00 p.m. the day before.
* The reminder email will be sent at 4:00 p.m. in the guest's time zone.
For the Basic Plan and Premium Plan, you can change the time when reminder emails are sent and add messages to be included in the emails.
Also, When a message is added, the added content will be displayed between the schedule content (background colored area) and "Input Information".
Customize Reminder Emails
The following customizations are available for users of the Basic and Premium plans by making settings in each schedule adjustment calendar.
"Remind mail sending time" item
You can change the sending time of reminder emails from the default [16:00 the day before] the appointment to [01:00 the day before - 00:00 on the day] of the appointment (* follow the guest's time zone).
Select from the pull-down menu options prepared in one-hour increments.
A reminder email will be sent based on the sending time set when the booking was completed.
"Customized reminder mail message" item
You can add a message to the reminder email.
The reminder email will reflect the values set at the time the reminder email is sent.
How to Customize Reminder Email Settings
Click "Advanced settings" on the Create or Edit screen of the schedule adjustment calendar.
Edit "Customized reminder mail message" item and "Remind mail sending time" item in "Display/messaging settings" section.
