Frequently asked questions and answers about the Routing feature are listed below.

Are cancellations or rescheduling possible for events scheduled via Routing?

It is possible.

Regardless of whether Routing is utilized, schedule adjustments made using the schedule adjustment calendar can be canceled or rescheduled based on the settings on the schedule adjustment calendar side.

Is it available for smartphones?

The Routing creation is supported only for PCs.

Guest answer and booking operations are also supported for smartphones.

Can I move a Routing that has already been created to another folder?

Moving a Routing that has already been created to another folder is not supported.

Will moving the save folder for the schedule adjustment calendar affect Routing?

There is no impact.

Even if moving the schedule adjustment calendar's save location to a different folder causes the Routing and schedule adjustment calendar save locations to differ, the schedule adjustment calendar will not be deselected from Routing.

What happens if you delete the schedule adjustment calendar used for Routing?

When navigating to the deleted schedule adjustment calendar after meeting the conditions, the error message "404 Not Found The target calendar was not found." appears.

Edit this Routing, either by changing the action to select a different schedule adjustment calendar or by removing the condition that selected this schedule adjustment calendar.

Is there a limit to the number of Routings that can be created?

There are no limits.

You can create an unlimited number of Routings.

Can I duplicate a Routing that I have already created?

Duplication of Routing is not supported.

Are Routing answers posted to Google Sheets via integration?

Routing does not support Google Sheets integration, so it does not support posting guest answer lists from Routing to a spreadsheet.

When using Google Sheets integration with each schedule adjustment calendar, the schedule adjustment results will be reflected in the spreadsheet regardless of whether Routing is utilized.

However, guest answers in Routing are not included in the spreadsheet content.

Can Routing answers be exported to CSV?

Routing does not support CSV export, so it does not support exporting a list of guest answers in Routing as a CSV file.

When exporting the schedule as a CSV, the schedule adjustment results will be reflected in the CSV regardless of whether Routing is utilized.

However, guest answers in Routing are not included in the CSV content.

Is the completion of Routing answers notified via the chat tool integration?

Routing does not support integration with chat tools (Slack integration, Chatwork integration, Microsoft Teams Chat integration), so it does not support notifying chat tools when a guest completes their answers in Routing.

When using chat tool integration with each schedule adjustment calendar, notifications such as schedule completion will be sent to the chat, regardless of whether Routing is utilized.

However, guest answers in Routing are not included in the chat notification content.

Can Routing be embedded as a widget on a website?

Routing does not support widgets.

What happens if I downgrade from the Premium Plan?

During a downgrade, any existing Routing and guest answers within those Routings will be automatically deleted.

The results of the schedule adjustments will remain as they are, as they are linked to each schedule adjustment calendar.

Can I use it on MySpace?

The Routing feature is not supported by MySpace.
