Chatwork integration

Using Chatwork integration, you can receive the following notifications in Chatwork.

  • Booking was completed using the schedule adjustment calendar

  • A booking completed using the schedule adjustment calendar has been cancelled

  • A booking completed using the schedule adjustment calendar has been rescheduled

  • A response was entered in the Group (3 Companies) poll

  • Date confirmed by Group (3 Companies) poll

Chatwork integration is available for all plans.

What you need for integration

Notes

  • One chat can be linked per schedule adjustment calendar / Group (3 Companies) poll.

  • The total number of chats that can be linked in the schedule adjustment calendar per team is limited to 60 (there is no limit on the number of chats for Group (3 Companies) poll).

How to connect Chatwork and TimeRex

  1. Login to TimeRex with your regular Google or Microsoft account.

  2. Switch to the appropriate space and click on the "Team Settings" button.

  3. Click "Chatwork" in the " Integrations" menu to access the Chatwork integration page.

  4. Click on the "Connect" button.

  5. Allow access to Chatwork.

Linkage to Chatwork must be implemented on a space-by-space basis.

Switch to the space where the schedule adjustment calendar for which you want to receive notifications is located, and set up the linkage by clicking the "Team Settings" button.

How to use Chatwork integration

Please make the following settings on the Create/Edit schedule adjustment calendar screen or the Create Group (3 Companies) poll screen.

After the integration with Chatwork is complete, click "Add service Integration" in the "Service Integration" section of the schedule adjustment calendar's Advanced Settings, and click "Chatwork" to select the "Chat" for which you would like to receive notifications.

When booking is completed or cancelled or rescheduled in the schedule adjustment calendar with Chatwork integration, you will receive a notification on the chat you set up.

Group (3 Companies) poll

When creating a Group (3 Companies) poll, you will be able to select a "Chat".

You will receive notifications on the chats you have set up when there is a response to a Group (3 Companies) poll for which you have set up a Chatwork linkage.

You will also be notified when the dates are confirmed.

Notifications in the chat are as follows:

  • Name of the person who added the appointment

  • Guest's Company Name

  • Guest Name

  • Appointment date, time, and time zone

  • Schedule adjustment calendar URL and name

    • Click to open the schedule adjustment page.

  • Host Participant Name

* Cancellation notices are the same.

* If a guest reschedules, you will receive a notification showing the before and after dates and times of the change.

Group (3 Companies) poll

When a poll (answer of whether or not to attend) has been taken

  • Name of person who responded whether or not to attend the meeting

  • Guest's Company Name

  • Guest Name

  • Group (3 Companies) poll URL

    • Click to open the polling page.

  • Candidate date and time and whether or not to attend (○ / ×)

  • Host Participant Name

  • Schedule confirmation page URL

    • On TimeRex, you can check the polling status, fix the dates, and view the confirmed dates and times.

When the date is fixed

  • Appointment date, time, and time zone

  • Group (3 Companies) poll URL

    • Click to open the polling page.

  • Guest's company name and name (only for guests who responded ○ for the date and time determined)

  • Host Participant Name

  • Schedule confirmation page URL

    • On TimeRex, you can check the polling status, fix the dates, and view the confirmed dates and times.

How to disconnect Chatwork and TimeRex

If you wish disconnect the integration between Chatwork and TimeRex, you can do so by clicking the "Disconnect" button on the Chatwork integration page.
