When I try to use the Microsoft Teams integration, I get the message "The integration could not be established. Please contact support." etc. the following may be the cause of the problem.

Cause 1: No Microsoft Teams license

Microsoft Teams license (including free) is required to use Microsoft Teams integration.

Cause 2: You do not have permission to work with Microsoft Teams

Depending on your Microsoft Teams environment, you may not be able to collaborate due to security settings or other factors.

Please check with your organization's system administrator.

Cause 3: You are using outlook.com, outlook.jp, or a personal Microsoft account

If you are using outlook.com, outlook.jp, or a personal Microsoft account, you cannot use Microsoft Teams integration.

Cause 4: You are using an on-premise Microsoft account

If you are using an on-premise Microsoft account, you cannot use Microsoft Teams integration.
