Under Advanced settings for a calendar, you can configure which days, dates, and time ranges are offered as available times.
Use Available hours by day of the week and Change available hours for specific dates.
Available hours by day of the week
For each day of the week, you can choose whether to accept bookings and set the available hours.
By default, the values configured under Account Settings > Schedule > Default days and hours are used.
To change the default values, click the relevant day of the week.
Accept bookings on this day of the week
Select this option to accept bookings on that day of the week.
Enter available hours using half-width numbers in 00:00 format.
You can configure up to five available-hour ranges, but more than six available times can still be offered in one day. Combine consecutive available times into a single available-hour range.
Apply to other days of the week (overwrites existing settings)
To apply the changes to other days, select the applicable days of the week.
Apply to schedules configured individually on the calendar (overwrites existing settings)
This option appears only on the Basic Plan and above.
Select Overwrite and apply changes to overwrite settings previously configured under Change available hours for specific dates for the selected days of the week.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Change available hours for specific dates
For each date, you can choose whether to accept bookings and set the available hours.
This feature is available on the Basic Plan and above.
Select Change available hours for specific dates, then configure the dates in the displayed calendar.
You can configure individual dates through the end of the month six months after the day the calendar is created or edited.
Click a date whose day-of-week settings under Available hours by day of the week you want to override.
Accept bookings on this date
Select this option to accept bookings on that date.
Enter available hours using half-width numbers in 00:00 format.

Click Save to apply the changes.
Dates configured individually—dates for which you opened the setting and clicked Save—are shown in bold in the calendar.
