You can set a maximum number of bookings to accept within a specified period for each calendar.
The booking limit can be set per day, per week, or per month.
You can apply the same limit to all participants or set a different limit for each participant.
When a participant reaches the limit, their available times are no longer displayed during that period.
This feature is available on the Basic Plan and above.
This setting does not limit the number of guests who can book the same available time.
How to set a booking limit
Open Advanced settings for the calendar.
Under Set a limit on the number of bookings?, select Set a booking limit.
Under Period for the limit, select per day, per week, or per month.
Under How to set the limit and number of bookings, select the same limit for all participants or a separate limit for each participant.
Enter an integer of 1 or greater for the limit.
Periods are divided as follows:
Per day: 00:00–23:59 each day
Per week: Monday 00:00–Sunday 23:59
Per month: The first day of each month at 00:00 through the last day at 23:59
Period boundaries follow the time zone configured for the calendar. Bookings are counted based on the scheduled date and time of bookings confirmed through that calendar.
