One license must be purchased to invite one member (Owner, Administrator, or Member roles) to join a team on the Basic and Premium plans.
Administrator Assistant and Assistant roles do not consume a license.
What is a license?
The roles of Owner, Administrator, and Member consume licenses, while the roles of Administrator Assistant and Assistant do not.
To invite members with the roles of Owner, Administrator, or Member to join a team under the Basic and Premium plans, a license is required for the number of members (including the member being invited).
Licenses can be assigned to individual members who consume them.
Users in the Owner, Administrator, and Member roles that consume licenses can be set as participating members when scheduling, but users in the Administrator Assistant and Assistant roles that do not consume licenses cannot be set as participating members.

About payment
You will be charged for the licenses you hold.
Even if you change members assigned to a license, there is no additional payment as long as there is no change in the number of licenses you have.
When renewing a contract, you can choose whether to renew the contract according to the number of licenses you have or according to the number of licenses you have been allocated as a member (including members under invitation).

About the plan and contract period

Basic Plan license requires 6 licenses.
I am planning to use the Premium Plan with a team of 6 members, but I would like to start using the plan with 2 members at once since the member is not yet determined. All six of them have the potential to become participating members.
You can purchase only 2 licenses for the Premium Plan first, and then purchase 4 additional licenses when the number of members will increase.
It is also possible to purchase 6 licenses at once and use only 2 of them.
In this case, you will be charged for the 6 licenses even during the period when 4 licenses are not used.
I purchased 6 licenses, but I want to use another plan for only 2 of them.
It is necessary to use the same plan within the team.
It is not possible to use a separate plan for just 2 licenses.
However, the Administrator Assistant and Assistant roles do not consume a license.
Therefore, if a team has four users in the Owner, Administrator, or Member role and two users in the Administrator Assistant or Assistant role, the number of licenses required is four.
I bought 6 licenses, but I only used 2 licenses, so I want to cancel 4 licenses.
For unused licenses that have not been assigned to members with the roles of Owner, Administrator, or Member, you can choose whether to maintain the current number of licenses at the time of contract renewal or to reduce it to match the number of members (including members under invitation).
