FAQ

When upgrading from the Free plan to the Basic or Premium plan, from what point is information available in Activity Log?

You can view logs from the point when the team upgrades to the Basic or Premium plan.

You cannot view logs from the period when the team was on the Free plan.

I just joined a team. Can I view logs from before I joined?

If you are the team owner, an admin, or an Administrative Assistant, you can view all logs from before you joined the team.

However, only action logs recorded after the Activity Log feature was released are available.

You can view logs from the point when the team upgrades to the Basic or Premium plan.

When a new team member joins, from what point are their action logs available?

You can view action logs from the point when the member joins the team.

However, for Login, Logout, and Account Settings, if the member also belonged to another team on the Basic or Premium plan, you can also view logs that are available to that other team.

Can I filter by members who have been removed from the team?

No.

We recommend checking Activity Log before removing a team member.

If the member has already been removed, filter by Date & Time or Page without using the Member filter.

If a member who was removed is added to the team again, you can use the Member filter to view their action logs from before they were removed.

If a team upgrades to the Basic plan or higher, downgrades to the Free plan, and then upgrades to the Basic plan or higher again, from what point is information available in Activity Log?

You can view logs from the point when the team upgrades again to the Basic or Premium plan.

All previous logs are deleted when the downgrade to the Free plan takes effect.

When How to assign participants is set to Evenly under Participating member settings, can I use Activity Log to identify which team member clicked Reset assignment count?

Yes.
