Join the team

To join the team, you must ask the team owner or administrator to invite you to join the team.

For free plan teams, the team invitation URL will be sent by the team owner or administrator.

For teams on the Basic and Premium plans, TimeRex will send an invitation email with the subject line "You have been invited to join a new team.


In either case, you can join the team by clicking on the URL in the email.

If the invited person already has a TimeRex account...

Go to the URL and proceed to login.

Once logged in, you will see a screen that says "Initial setup and joining the team is complete! will appear on the screen.

You have successfully joined the team! Click on the "Go to Dashboard" button to go to the TimeRex dashboard.

Please make sure that your team is also listed on the dashboard.

If the invited person does not have a TimeRex account...

After accessing the URL, a login screen will appear.
Under the login button, there is a button regarding [New Registration], so please register a new account from there.

After the new account registration is completed, you will see a screen that says "Initial setup and joining a team is complete! will be displayed.

You have now joined the team! Click on the "Go to Dashboard" button to go to the TimeRex dashboard.

Please make sure that your team is also listed on the dashboard.
