When accessing the schedule adjustment calendar, you will see "There are no candidate dates in this period. Please check the next period. there may be several reasons for this.

Cause 1: There is no room in the collaborative calendar for the time required plus time reserved before and after.

TimeRex is linked to Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar in real time and shows the proposed dates.
If there is no room in the linked calendars for the required time set in the scheduling calendar plus the time before and after, the suggested dates will not be displayed.

Cause 2: The schedule is set to not display the date candidates on days when the schedule is scheduled for the whole day.

In your account settings, in the "Calendar" menu, there is an item titled "Do you accept bookings even if there is an all-day event?" is available in the "Calendar" menu in the account settings.

If this item is set to "No" the date candidates will not be displayed on days when all-day appointments are registered, even if there are openings in the schedule.

If you would like to display the proposed dates even if you have an all-day appointment, select "Do you accept bookings even if there is an all-day event? to "Yes".

Cause 3: There is a date/time-specified appointment that spans several days that appears in the same column as the all-day appointment column.

If there is a schedule in Google Calendar that spans several days and is displayed in the same location as the "All day schedule" column, it will be judged as having several days in a row and will not be displayed in TimeRex as a candidate schedule.
