Booking acceptance period (Period for suggesting schedule slots)

You can set the period for suggesting schedule slots in "Booking acceptance period" in "Advanced settings" in the Schedule Adjustment Calendar.

After selecting "Automatically set" or "Specify dates", configure the details.

Set the "How many hours in advance can bookings be made?" and "How long is the booking availability window?" items.

Set the number of hours in the near future that you do not want to suggest as schedule slots, based on when you accessed the schedule adjustment page.

You can set it within a range of 0 hours to a maximum of 720 hours in 1-hour increments.

Set the number of days for which you want to suggest schedule slots, starting from the first day of the suggestion period.

You can set it within a range of 1 day to a maximum of 200 days in 1-day increments.

Set the "Setting start and end dates" and "How many hours before the start time of each booking date will the reservation be closed?" items.

Set the start and end dates for the suggestion period.

The start date can be set up to 365 days after the date of creation or editing of the Schedule Adjustment Calendar, and the end date can be set up to 200 days after the start date.

The suggestion period will be set according to the start and end dates you set, but if you access the schedule adjustment page after the start date, the start date will be the day you access the page.

For example, if you access on April 10 to a scheduling page with a start date of April 1, a schedule slot after April 10 will be suggested.

If you access the scheduling page after the end date, you will receive the message "Could not retrieve the list of appointments Out of the acceptance period." is displayed.
