You can review guests’ responses to a Group poll and the date confirmed by the host from the Dashboard after logging in to TimeRex.
Review Responses and Confirmed Dates
On the Dashboard, select the Group poll tab to open the list of Group polls.
The list is divided into the Adjusting and Confirmed tabs.
Adjusting Tab
This tab lists Group polls for which the final date and time have not yet been confirmed.
It shows all dates and times selected as candidates.
Confirmed Tab
This tab lists Group polls with a confirmed date and time.
Only the confirmed date and time are shown.
Note: If a booking has been canceled, it appears in gray with the status Canceled.
View Details
On either tab, select a Group poll to open its details.
For a Group poll in Adjusting
If at least one guest has responded, a Confirm button appears for each candidate date and time.
Select the date and time you want to use, then select Confirm schedule to finalize it.
For a Group poll in Confirmed
The confirmed date and time are shown in green.
To cancel the confirmed booking, select Cancel this booking in the upper-right corner.
