You can login to TimeRex and see what guests (participants) have voted on the Group poll page and what the host has confirmed based on the results of the polling from the dashboard.
How to check polling status and confirmed dates
Open the "Group poll" tab on the dashboard to open the list of Group poll.
The list is divided into two tabs: "Adjusting" tab and "Confirmed" tab.
"Adjusting" tab
This is a list of Group polls for which dates have not been confirmed.
The date and time you have selected as a date candidate will be displayed.
"Confirmed" tab
This is a list of Group polls with confirmed dates.
Only confirmed dates will be displayed.
How to check details
On either tab, click on each Group poll for more information.
In case of "Adjusting"
If the number of polls is not zero, a "Confirm schedule" button will be displayed for each candidate date and time.
You can confirm the schedule by selecting a time slot and clicking the "Confirm schedule" button.
In case of "Confirmed"
The confirmed date and time will be displayed in green.
You can cancel the confirmed booking by clicking the "Cancel the event" button in the upper right.
