Guest questions
You can freely customize the questions used to collect information from guests.
You can also specify whether each question is required or optional.
Guests can upload a file while scheduling.
For details, see Guest questions.
Routing
With routing, you can prepare questions for guests and automatically direct them to a calendar based on their answers.
You only need to share one URL. Guests are automatically directed to the appropriate calendar from among multiple calendars based on their answers.
If a meeting should not be held based on a guest’s answers, you can display a message instead of a calendar.
For details, see Create a Routing.
CSV export of completed bookings
You can export the results of bookings made through calendars as a CSV file.
Answers to customized Guest questions can also be downloaded.
Use the export to create monthly reports, review sales meeting progress, and more.
For details, see CSV Export of Bookings.
Salesforce integration
Guest information can be sent to Salesforce when a booking is completed.
This reduces the work required to manually register leads, contacts, and new activities.
For details, see Salesforce Integration (Team Settings).
HubSpot integration
Guest information can be sent to HubSpot when a booking is completed.
This reduces the work required to manually register lead information.
For details, see HubSpot Integration.
Form Post
Guest information can be sent to SFA, CRM, MA, and other services when a booking is completed.
This reduces the work required to manually register lead information and other data.
If you currently use an automation tool such as Zapier to send guest information to an external service, Form Post can simplify your workflow by completing the integration entirely within TimeRex.
For details, see Form Post.
Google Analytics integration
You can analyze access to your calendars and use the data for analysis.
If you place TimeRex text links or buttons on your website, the results can help you improve the user journey and refine messages or questions to increase the number of completed bookings.
For details, see Google Analytics Integration.
Ad conversion tags for Google Ads and Facebook Ads
By setting an ad conversion tag on a calendar, you can track conversions for that calendar.
This lets you measure outcomes such as the number of meetings booked through the calendar and analyze advertising effectiveness, including return on investment.
For details, see Ad Conversion Tag Setup (Google Ads / Facebook Ads).
Data integration using URL parameters
By passing parameters to a scheduling page, you can associate member information or identify the source of a visit.
For example, you can:
Add values that are not displayed in the form, such as traffic source or customer ID information.
Pre-fill values that guests enter in the form, such as company name and email address.
For details, see:
Calendar widget customization
When embedding a calendar on a website or landing page, you can change the key color and hide the TimeRex brand logo to match the design of the site.
For details, see Calendar Widget (Embed a Calendar on Your Website).
