Set a form URL for a calendar to send data when a booking is completed.

You can connect forms created in external services such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Form Post is available on the Premium plan.

What You Can Do with Form Post

You can set one form for each calendar.

Data is sent when a booking is completed.

Data is not sent when a booking is canceled.

What You Need

An account for an external service that allows form creation, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- For Salesforce, use an edition that supports form creation. See Guidelines for Setting Up Web-to-Lead.

How to Connect a Form

Open Advanced settings on the Create/Edit calendar screen.
Under Integrations, click Add service integration.
Select Form Post.
Enter the settings described below.

For Form URL, enter an HTTPS form URL. HTTPS is required for security.

Under Parameter, enter the parameter for the destination field in the form.

A parameter is the value of the name attribute for the input element that represents the destination field in the form HTML.

Open the Information to retrieve drop-down list and select one field.

To submit data to multiple Parameter fields, click the + button to add more input fields.

Information to Retrieve

You can select the following data under Information to retrieve:

Guest question fields
- Company — can be removed or edited under Guest questions
- Name — can be edited under Guest questions
- Email — can be edited under Guest questions
- Comment — can be removed or edited under Guest questions
- Other fields added under Guest questions
Predefined fields
- Calendar URL
- Calendar name
- Booking start datetime
- Booking end datetime
- Booking start date
- Booking end date
- Booking start time
- Booking end time
- Booking UUID
- Cancel link
- Reschedule link

Notes

Only Salesforce and HubSpot are guaranteed to work.

Other external services may also work if they use a standard form format.

If reCAPTCHA is enabled on a form, TimeRex cannot submit lead information to that form, regardless of the external service.

When Connecting Salesforce

Using Salesforce Web-to-Lead, TimeRex can register lead information by posting it to a Salesforce form.

If reCAPTCHA is enabled on the Salesforce form, TimeRex cannot register lead information.

When Connecting HubSpot

Using HubSpot Lead Capture, TimeRex can register lead information by posting it to a HubSpot form.

If reCAPTCHA is enabled on the HubSpot form, TimeRex cannot register lead information.

What Should I Enter in Form URL When Connecting HubSpot?

Enter a URL in the following format:

https://api.hsforms.com/submissions/v3/integration/submit/:portalID/:formGuid

:portalID: Replace this with your HubSpot account ID.
To find it, see Manage multiple HubSpot accounts > Check your current account.
:formGuid: Replace this with the unique ID of your HubSpot form.
To find it, see Find your form GUID.

Can I Identify Which Calendar Submitted the Data?

No. You cannot identify which TimeRex calendar submitted data to an external service.

Form Post can submit only the content of fields selected under Information to retrieve from the questions answered by the guest during scheduling.
