On a team using the Free plan, any team member can generate an invitation link and invite members.

Before inviting members
An invited user's role is automatically set to Member.
To change the role after the user joins the team, ask the team Owner, an Admin, or an Administrative Assistant.
A team on the Free plan can have up to 100 members.
You can generate an invitation link even if the team has reached the member limit.
However, invited users cannot join the team while it is at the limit.
An invitation link expires 48 hours after it is generated.
If you upgrade to the Basic or Premium plan, whether a license is required depends on each member's role.
Invite members
A team member logs in to TimeRex and opens the Dashboard.
Click Invite members to the right of Team Settings.
The Owner, Admins, and Administrative Assistants can also click Team Settings, select Members from the menu on the left, and then click Invite members.
Copy the invitation link and share it with the users you want to invite by email or another method.
Multiple users can join the team from one invitation link.
When you generate a link from Invite members to the right of Team Settings, a new invitation link is generated each time.
When you generate a link from Members in Team Settings, the invitation link remains the same until you reload the page.
The invited user accesses the invitation link to complete joining the team.
