Owner
Admin
Administrative Assistant

Effects of removing a member
Settings associated with the member are changed as described below.
Calendars and other scheduling methods
If the member is set as a participant in a calendar, Instant Scheduling, or a Group poll, the following changes occur:
If the member being removed is the only participant:
The relevant calendar is deleted.
The relevant Instant Scheduling is deleted.
The relevant Group poll is deleted.
If two or more participants are set, including the member being removed:
Only the member being removed is automatically removed from each participant setting.
Folders, integrations, and meeting rooms
A folder that only the member being removed can access:
The folder is deleted when the member is removed.
Integrations that the member added to the team:
The integrations are removed from Team Settings when the member is removed.
Meeting rooms that the member added:
The meeting rooms are removed from Team Settings.
The meeting rooms are also removed from the room settings in calendars.
If your team is on the Basic or Premium plan and you want to reduce the number of licenses in use, you can change the member to a role that does not require a paid license instead of removing them.
However, that member can no longer be selected as a participant, so their availability cannot be considered when scheduling.
