Booking Acceptance Period

Under Booking acceptance period in Advanced settings, you can set the period for which available times are displayed.

Select Set automatically or Specify dates, then configure the details.

Set How many hours from now should available times be displayed? and For how many days should available times be displayed?.

How many hours from now should available times be displayed?

Based on when the guest opens the scheduling page, specify how many hours immediately ahead should not be offered.

You can set a value from 0 to 720 hours in one-hour increments.

For how many days should available times be displayed?

Specify the number of days to display, counting the first day of the display period as day 1.

You can set a value from 1 to 200 days in one-day increments.

Start and end dates

Specify the start and end dates of the display period.

The start date can be up to 365 days from the day you create or edit the calendar. The end date can be up to 200 days after the start date.

If the page is opened after the configured start date, the day it is opened becomes the effective start date. For example, if the configured start date is April 1 and the page is opened on April 10, available times from April 10 onward are displayed.

If the page is opened after the end date, the message “Failed to retrieve appointments. Bookings are currently closed.” is displayed.

How many hours before each available time should bookings close?

Based on when the scheduling page is opened, specify how many hours immediately ahead should not be offered.

You can set a value from 0 to 720 hours in one-hour increments.
