The first month's payment will be paid when you apply for the plan (or change your plan). After that, it is automatically settled on a monthly basis.

For example, if you apply for the plan on the 15th, the first month's payment will be made at the time of application, and the second month's payment will be made on the 15th of the following month.

If you apply on the 31st and there is no 31st in the following month or later, your payment will be made on the last day of the month.
