If you have trouble processing your credit card payment, you will be subject to usage restrictions.
In case of payment failed
If your credit card has a problem processing your monthly (or annual) payment and the payment is not successful, we will take the following steps.
Number of days in which contract renewal failed |

Day 1 - the day the payment failed | We will send an email to the administrator and any payment contacts |
Day 2 | We will send a reminder email to the administrator and any payment contacts. |
Day 3 | We will send a final reminder email to the administrator and any payment contacts. |
Day 4 | The plan agreement is suspended. |
Update your payment information
You can update your payment information by clicking on the Team Settings button and going to "Contract Plans" > "Payment Method". Only the owner can do this.
