If you are using a Basic or Premium plan and would like to change the contract term, such as from monthly to Yearly or Yearly to monthly, you can do so by following the steps below.

How to set up

  1. Team owner/admin logs into TimeRex and accesses the dashboard.

  2. Click on the team name displayed in the upper left corner.

  3. Click on the appropriate team space in the "Change Space" column.

  4. Click on the "Team Settings" button.

  5. Click on "Plan" from the menu in the Team Settings.

  6. Click the "Change of contract period" button in the "Next Billing" section.

  7. Select "monthly contract"or"Yearly contract" and click the "Change of contract period" button.
