When a booking is completed, you can configure the privacy of the event automatically added to connected calendars.
Select Private to make the event added to each host participant's connected calendar private.
Note: Hosts cannot control the privacy setting on the guest's calendar.
Even when the event is not set to Private, details of the host's existing events are not shared with external users through TimeRex.
Event privacy is configured separately for each calendar.
How to use Event privacy
On the calendar creation or edit page, click Advanced settings.
Under Notification & publication settings, select the desired option for Event privacy.
