Here is how to invite members to your team.

Invite members to join the Free Plan team

If you are on a PC, you can invite members to join a free plan team by following the steps below.

  1. Team members log in to TimeRex and access the dashboard.

  2. Click on the team name in the upper left corner of the dashboard.

  3. Click on the appropriate team space in the "Change Spaces" column.

  4. After switching to the appropriate team space, click the "Invite Members" button to the right of "Team Settings".

  5. Copy the invitation URL and send it to the members you wish to invite by e-mail, etc.

Invite members to join your Basic and Premium Plan team

If you are on a PC, you can invite members to join your upgraded team by following these steps.

  1. Team owner/manager logs into TimeRex and accesses the dashboard.

  2. Click on the team name in the upper left corner of the dashboard.

  3. Click on the appropriate team space in the "Change Spaces" column.

  4. After switching to the appropriate team space, click the "Invite Members" button to the right of "Team Settings".

  5. Enter the email addresses of the members you wish to invite, set the permissions you wish to grant, and click "Proceed to confirmation".

  6. Confirm the contents of the invitee list and click "Send Invitation email".

Resend invitation email

You can resend the invitation e-mail by following the procedure below.

  1. Team owner/manager logs into TimeRex and accesses the dashboard.

  2. Click on the team name in the upper left corner of the dashboard.

  3. Click on the appropriate team space in the "Change Spaces" column.

  4. After switching to the appropriate team space, click on "Team Settings".

  5. Click on "Members" on the left sidebar of the Team Settings page.

  6. Select the "Invited" tab at the bottom of the member list.

  7. You can resend the invitation by clicking "Resend Invitation" in the appropriate member column.
