When registering a new user with a Microsoft account, depending on your environment, the message "Administrator approval required" may appear.

If you see this message, you need Microsoft permissions to register as a user.

There are two ways to grant access.

Submit an approval request to the administrator

If the "Requires Administrator Approval" screen has an "Approval Request" button, click the "Approval Request" button to send an approval request notification to the Microsoft administrator of your organization.

If the administrator receives the notification and approves the request, TimeRex access will be granted and the user will be able to register.

Have your administrator register with TimeRex on behalf of your organization

You will be asked to register as a new user with your organization's Microsoft administrator.

If you register as a user with the "I agree on behalf of my organization" checked on the access permission screen after clicking "Register with a Microsoft account," your entire organization will be allowed access to TimeRex.

Once you have been granted access for your entire organization, you will be able to register users.
