Can I get a refund?

We regret to inform you that, due to the nature of our service, we are unable to accept cancellations or refunds based on customer convenience, as stated in our Terms of Use and Specific Commercial Transactions Law.

  • I chose the wrong contract plan

  • Not suitable for the intended use

  • Misunderstanding of the fee system

Please note that even if you contact our support team regarding refunds, we will not be able to process refunds. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
