The procedure for changing your Team ID and Personal ID is as follows.

Change your team ID

Only the team owner can change the team ID.

Notes on changing team ID

  • The Team ID is a string that is used as part of the URL for the TeamSpace scheduling calendar. Example of URL)https://timerex.net/s/○○○○/abcdef
    The team ID is used in the "○○○○" part, and the "abcdef" part is randomly created for each scheduling calendar.

  • Only the team ID portion of the calendar URL can be changed.

  • When the team ID is changed, the URLs of all the scheduling calendars created in the team space will be changed, and the previous URLs of the scheduling calendars will no longer be accessible.

Procedure for changing your Team ID

  1. Log in to TimeRex and display the dashboard.

  2. Click "Team Space" from the menu and select the name of the team whose team ID you want to change.

  3. Click on the "Team Settings" button.

  4. Click the "Change Team ID" button.

  5. Enter the desired ID in the New Team ID field and click the "Change Team ID" button.

Change Personal ID

※Personal is only available to users registered before July 12, 2022.

Notes on changing Personal ID

  • The Personal ID is a string that is used as part of the URL for the Personal scheduling calendar. 
    Example of URL)https://timerex.net/s/○○○○/abcdef
    MySpace ID is used in the "○○○○" part, and the "abcdef" part is randomly created for each scheduling calendar.

  • Only the MySpace ID portion of the calendar URL can be changed.

  • When you change your MySpace ID, the URLs of all the scheduling calendars you have created in MySpace will be changed, and you will not be able to access them using the URLs of the previous scheduling calendars.

Procedure for changing your Personal ID

  1. Log in to TimeRex and display the dashboard.

  2. Click "Personal Settings" from the menu.

  3. Click the "Change Personal ID" button.

  4. Enter the desired ID in the new Personal ID field and click the "Change Personal ID" button.
